P-Cube supplies RF products of excellent quality to the TV and radio broadcast industries and to the scientific community globally.  The components we design and manufacture at our plant in South Portland, Maine, range from stand-alone devices up to and including systems of components assembled, tested and shipped as one unit.  Our product line encompasses components from the output of the transmitter to the input of the antenna.

P-Cube , Inc. was incorporated in the United States in 2012 by Spencer Smith and partners in anticipation of the nation-wide FCC repack event in the broadcast industry.  In 2015, with corporate restructuring, Spencer Smith became the sole owner of P-Cube.  Previously, in 1985, Mr. Smith formed a similar company (Passive Power Products) which he built over the following 15 years into a business grossing eight million USD annually.  He now brings over 40 years of experience in RF system and component design to P-Cube, Inc.  Over the course of his career, Spencer Smith  has headed groundbreaking , innovative RF  projects around the world.


At P-Cube, we maintain a competent, well-trained workforce with a strong, collaborative work ethic.  We aim to generate and reinforce an atmosphere that is conducive to a creative and directed work environment.   We strive to be the technical leader for the industries in which we compete and to be responsive to customer requirements, nationally and globally.


P-Cube, Inc.'s offices and manufacturing facilities are situated in South Portland, Maine, USA, in close proximity to the US Interstate Highway 95,  the deep-water Harbour of Portland, and the Portland International Jetport.  The company has complete facilities for machining parts, welding and soldering assemblies for final assembly, and performing final test of its products.
